A nearly 10 minute, completely necessary, compilation of many WTF moments and situations Captain Picard has found himself in. Pretty funny if you take these scenes out of context and pretend you don't know the backstory leading up to them. I think it's fairly clear now, Captain Picard is nuts and the person that made this video is nuttier.
