The Stun Bracelet DHS Wants All Air Travelers to Wear

The Electronic ID Bracelet would be worn by every traveler “until they disembark the flight at their destination.” Yes, you read that correctly. Every airline passenger would be tracked by a government-funded GPS, containing personal, private and confidential information, and that it would shock the customer if they got out of line. What a profoundly stupid idea, no wonder nobody ever used these.

In addition to the obvious vaporware problem, that it would probably weigh at least a pound, and be easily circumventable, how the hell do they expect to immobile someone by shocking their wrist? The units they put on prisoners are located at the base of the spine, easy access to the entire nervous system, this would likely never be able to work as advertised.

It would also be a threat to the mother of all "national security" issues, profitability for the companies which run the airlines.

The solution to this is easy. Gas the passenger cabin. The main mistake that the pilots made on 9/11 is that they opened the cockpit doors. Obviously we have preventative measures for that now, ie. reinforced, locked throughout trip, etc.

I'd rather wake up with a headache, knowing that they got the extremist assholes in custody, then be dead. And if they're going to blow up the plane in midflight, you're screwed anyways. At least they won't be able to take down the Sears Tower, etc.

Besides, the next attack I'm sure will be a dirty bomb. Mark my words. It will happen unfortunately; it's just a matter of when. Then all the Republicans can ride the bandwagon about setting up a border wall and we can all live in East Germany.

None of these systems will actually work. Which is why I would rather not fly. Or take a train, just video conference!

I highly doubt that this will work, because if hes has partners or sleepers, and they don't take out the whole passenger section at once. They would have to subject every one in the plane to this in order to stop three terrorists. I smell all sorts of litigation!

That's what I'm saying. Gas the entire passenger cabin. And of course, waivers would be mandatory. You don't sign, you don't fly. (I know this will never happen, but the idea is sound. It's the litigator-assholes that would have a feeding frenzy...)

I prefer the EMD butt plug.

Gas the cabin? The terrorists bring gas masks. Really though who thinks any measure once known could not be countered without taking a lot of time carefully searching every passenger?

Oh, and most of the text of this video sounds like it was written by a high school drop out. Then they get some deep reassuring voice reading it to make it sound better. hah!

Why stop at airline passengers? Why not just have every citizen wear an ID/stun bracelet at all times? That way the government can incapacitate anyone whenever they feel is necessary.

They hate our freedoms, I tell ya! They hate our FREEDOMS!!!

More evidence that shows the US is moving to a police state, if its not already.

You're missing the fact that this video was made prior to 2003.

EMD shock technology does not need to be on the spine to incapacitate someone. It could very easily be on their wrist and be just as effective.
